Fire Alarm System Inspector

The R.B. Allen Co. is currently hiring Fire Alarm Inspectors to join our Preventative Maintenance and Testing department.

Basic Job Description:

  • Perform inspection of Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Assist the  Fire Sprinkler Division
  • Perform Integrated Building Systems Testing
  • Provide Inspection Reports
  • Perform Service and Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers
  • Provide Support to Fire Alarm Technicians as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver’s license – Clean driving record.
  • NICET Certified preferred but not required.
  • Class D Electrical License (or higher) preferred but not required.

Fire Alarm Technician

The R.B. Allen Co. is hiring Experienced Fire Alarm Technicians to join our growing Service Department.

Basic Job Description:

  • Perform Troubleshooting of Fire Alarm Systems
  • Perform Installation and Programming of Engineered Fire Alarm Systems
  • Provide Support to the Inspection Department
  • Perform Emergency After-Hours Service Calls

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician.
  • Class D Electrical License required.
  • NICET certified preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s license – Clean driving record.
