Family Matters
Established in 1966 by Robert B. Allen (“Bob Sr.” as he was affectionately known), R.B. Allen Company has remained independent and family-owned and operated for over six decades. After Bob Sr. retired, his son, R. Bruce Allen Jr. led the company through its growth years until his own retirement in 2005. The company has thrived under the leadership of Bruce’s brother, Jonathan Allen, and it has welcomed a third generation with the addition of Bruce’s sons, Jeffrey and Lincoln Allen, to the management team.
