R.B. Allen Co. was established in 1966 as a fire alarm systems distribution company. In its rich history, the company has supplied thousands of engineered systems to the New England market. Projects have included systems as small as a single zone all the way up to the largest high-rise building.

R.B. Allen Co. maintains strong ties with many college and universities where in addition to being a primary supplier of fire alarm systems, it also provides service and testing contracts.

In addition to the above, the Company maintains a strong presence in the Municipal Fire Alarm Reporting Systems market. Currently, several hundred New England Municipalities including Boston, Providence, Portland, and Manchester use R.B. Allen Company as their primary supplier for monitoring and display equipment.

R.B. Allen Co. is a UL listed fire alarm company and in the year 2000 obtained ISO 9001 registration. The R.B. Allen Co., Inc. Co. was recently awarded the Strategic Partner of the year award from Edwards Service Technology (EST) and has been the sales leader for Gamewell and Digitize for many years.

Administration
The main office of the R.B. Allen Co., Inc. is located in North Hampton NH. This central location allows us to service all of New England. The COO of the Company is R. Bruce Allen and the President and Sales Manager is Jonathan D. Allen. Sharon Ribitzki is the company Financial Manager and Kevin Carnevale is responsible for the Coordination and Dispatch of the service and testing departments.

Sales
The R.B. Allen Co. markets for Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. R.B. Allen sales personnel, with over 120 years of cumulative sales experience, are strategically located so that they can provide a timely response to all of our customer needs. All R.B. Allen sales representatives are familiar with the applicable national, state, and local fire alarm codes to assure a correct first time response to any system issues.

In addition to the above, the R.B. Allen Co maintains a full time, in-house sales position to offer a prompt response to anyone needing parts.

R.B. Allen sales representatives are active in industry affairs with active memberships in the NFPA, IMSA, AAFA, and local fire service organizations. Many of the R.B. Service
R.B. Allen Co., as an ISO 9001 certified company, maintains a service department staffed with alarm technicians to support our product sales effort and to insure long-term customer satisfaction. All our technicians are factory certified. Many are recognized by such national accrediting agencies such as NICET, IMSA and the NFPA. As well as national accreditation, service personnel carry the appropriate local licensing and certification. Twenty four hours service is offered seven days a week, including holidays.
